How do I update my profile?

but weirdly it says to me your name is not available... Try to see if you still can see your profile there otherwise i advice you to submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ under the category "other secondlife properties" or to fill a bug tracker here : https://jira.secondlife.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

You can edit it from outside SL by going to https://my.secondlife.com/settings/profile I think.   But I can also edit mine from within SL, by going to Me>Profile... and then clicking Edit Profile there.

If you recently reactivated your account it may take a day or so.
