Teleporting failing

When ever I try to Tp my avatar from current Region to another Regions I got message, you are banned for this Region especially when I try to Tp me on Secret Fantasy I get said message ,and I try over and over but result still same pls help me , only few places I can go not all that I have in my landmark and favorite places in my Inventory why?
