Is there a policy that would cover being told to unblock a user who is part of the same RP group?

For example, being part of an RP community (or any), it is only natural to encounter those who you wish to have no dealings with in the slightest and your interaction with them is not required. Is it possible for a leader of this community to legally order you to unblock this person despite there being the ability to see muted text if interaction becomes necessary?

You have the right to block whomever you wish.

I agree with Charolotte, but the leader(s) of the RP community also have the right to tell you to take a hike. Falls under... their land, their rules.
