can not change radio station in my house

Check first to be sure that you have permission to change the music stream in your parcel.  Open About Land (or click the Land icon at the top of your screen) and select the Sounds tab.  If you can drop a valid URL for a music stream there, and it works, then you have permissions and you know that the problem is with your radio.  If not, talk to your landlord or sim owner.  If the problem is with your radio, you'll have to study the instructions that came with it or contact the creator for advice.

Radios can generally be set to let anyone use them, to let only members of their deeded group use them, or to let only their owner use them.  Check yours.
