The sim is the full 65536m2 and 15k prims on a stunning green grass area. No sneeky scams in this parcel simply a full stunning parcel. I have the sim listed at 400k 300k but all reasonable offers considered. I will also rent the sim for 15k a week which is only 1l$/1prim a week!
