I keep loosing 3L from my L's but don't know why...can you help at all please?

You can check your Transaction History by going to your dashboard at secondlife.com at any time.  Look under the Account link.  You will see exactly where any money has been transferred into or out of your account in the past 30 days.  In this case, the answer is probably qwuite simple.  You belong to one or more groups that expect you to pay a share of their expenses and to share in any profits that come to the group.  When a group has to pay to list events in Search, for example, you may be charged a portion of the L$30 charge to do that.
