If she is a Premium member and did not pay her membership fee, her account may have been suspended or deleted.

If her account was used to commit serious Terms of Service violations (either by her, or someone using her account with or without her permission), it may have been suspended.

In either case, she should file a Support Ticket.  If she cannot log in to this website, she could create an alt (a new account) and use that to file the support ticket.
