18000L monthly (4,500L weekly)

16384 sqm - 1/4 sim

Full permission on land terraforming. Sky boxes/studios are permitted above 400 meters.

Since this is a privately owned sim, you will never have a blocked sea view.

Light commercial traffic allowed. Sorry, no dance clubs, gaming of any type, or music venues.
