Can anyone help me put up a radio station on a shoutcast board :D

I just bought the 

SHX - SHOUTcast board & ICEcast Club Receiver SRC-F210 and im trying to put a radio station on it

 

I filled in this link in the notecard  SC|TTTRADIO.NET|Hip-Hop|http://tttradio.net| and I always get error 404

 

anyone knows a solution?

I'm not familiar with the product you're using, nor the intended formatting of the configuration notecard. For specific help with either of those you would need to speak to the creator of the script.

 

From what I can tell, the link you specified does not link to a stream compatible with SL media, but only a webpage. If you're trying to use it to listen to music, this won't work. You need to specify the exact URI of the music stream, and provided it is SL compatible, it may (or may not) work.

Okay ty it's a link from the shoutcast site so I tought it would work

Shoutcast works on many platforms, Second Life only accepts a limited variety of music stream types (Specifically MP3/OGG).

As above, ensure yours will be compatible with Second Life in order for it to work. Any URI you specify for use in Second Life should be directly to the stream, not a link to the website that provides the stream 'somewhere' on their server. Typically these URI's are followed with the Portnumber through which the protocol is associated.

Hi Kris. The link you posted is not a valid format to set up your shoutcast. The radio stream should be like http://188.72.209.72:80 (these numbers I typed are just an example), so you can drop it in the shouldcast notecard.
