Yesterday I updated SL Viewer to version 3.4.4 (268864) and it keeps crashing me what can I do?

My SL Viewer updated yesterday on o2/09/2013 and now I crash constantly after logging in and atempting to edit, go into my inventory, type in any chat box etc. Is it my settings please help!
