I am in a group i cant get out of because the person made me 'owner" but i want out..HOW?

Well, the drastic step would be to eject everyone else from the group except for the other owner (whom you cannot eject).  Then you can leave the group.  Unless the other owner adds an alt or re-invites some of the other people, the group will collapse within 48 hours.

If he/she is also an owner of the group then you should be able to leave the group just fine. If you are the sole owner of the group then you will have to eject everyone off the group and make sure you make it closed enrollment. After 48 hours LL will delete the group if there is only 1 person in it.
