HOW DO YOU SPEAK TO SOMEONE ON THE LINDEN TEAM That can fix some serious issues?

Question

I am lost, I pay good money as with all The land owners That use this SL site, and anytime you have an issue, they tell you to "Submit a report" then you submit a report and then you have to SUBMIT a report cause they DIDNT do what needed to be done. I am so frustrated right now I want to SCREAM and I have spoken with The "Live Chat" service, but they can't do anything, and The ones That can wont talk to you when they Come to fix or find The issue...

If any linden members read this, I want you to answer a couple questions for me...

1) Why is there not a Live support line for Greifers, and in The "report abuse, there is no option to report Greifing?

2) Should it not be The Linden teams responsibility to remove greifing tools from residents land? That means not after you file a ticket and "wait" The allotted time for it to be removed......???

3) What good reason does linden have for adopting The motto That their "Linden " employees inworld can not speak to The residents???? This is The one I have The most trouble with..... If I'm paying for a service and I call for a repair and The repairman told me I could not speak to him I would probably kick him Out of my home and discontinue The service That displays such an "I'm so better than you attitude"

The reason I'm outraged by this is because one of my many mainland parcels was hit by a greifer and left 1000's of laughing bots in their wake, I done like a good little boy and I filed an abuse report and when The guy finally came I tried to inform him of The MANY MANY more That he was missing... SHOULD I HAVE WENT AROUND THE WHOLE # REGIONS AND REPORTED EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM? Come on, he was there, and he could have responded.

Out of The 100,000 meters of land I have, I use The majority of it to create entertaining places for residents to explore and have fun, It's not fun for me when I have to go thru a bunch of bull to deal with issues such as this!

Is my frustration unwarranted????

This is a resident-to-resident Answer service.  Lindens never come here, so they will not see your rant.  As residents like you, all we can do is sympathize and try to explain how SL works (or doesn't).  We have no power to do anything else.

I can certainly understand why you are frustrated. Griefers are a scourge on the SL landscape.  Linden Lab will investigate all Abuse Reports and will apply appropriate sanctions, but they rarely come out to remove griefer objects from our property.  That's left to residents, who have the tools to handle almost any cleanup.  See, for example, http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/User:Fr43k_Paine/Dealing_With_Griefers#Land_Security .

There is no way you can communicate with any Linden except through live chat or a support ticket, unless they themselves initiate the communication, or you have a billing issue.  They would all say the same thing anyway, file a support ticket.

As Rolig pointed out, you shouldn't wait for a Linden to come clean up.  It is something you can do yourself with just a few clicks.  Follow Roligs link to find out how and also how to avoid the problem to begin with.
