Machinimatographer needed to film and edit episodes of show

I'm creating a show to be filmed inside SL and I need a Machinimatographer who will film and edit the videos. The show type is variety. I'm looking to hire someone who can edit video well and use effects such as picture in picture and titles. I'm looking to create a full season of 6 episodes. I want someone creative who can help the show be fun and "hip".
