We expect our dancers to get our crowd going and wild and to emote to the crowd. Dancers are to be here for the MAJORITY of our events. I mean hey your the one who's gonna be losing out on pay. Dancers get 90% of there tips we take 10% of tips for club purposes and for helping with events and adding new and cool features to Dirty Jersey!
