for some reason all my friends names are question marks

basically my bridge won't connect all my friends names are question marks...... my clothes most of them are missing or wont load past a certain point even , when i try to search for something like just type in.... A..... and it usually starts to fetch ....not on mine ...wat do i do im just cming back to sl and its just im tired of getting erro code boxes popping up and gettting this file C:\Program Files (x86)\Phoenix Viewer\app_settings\bridge_assets\3aa187cd-519e-ac01-04f1-09f8a89a8247.lsltext exists  but yet another box pops up and says it doesnt exsist HELPP PLEASE HELPP ANYONE

You are using the Phoenix viewer, for which there is no longer any technical support.  Soon, that viewer will not be able to render avatars properly either, so you will need to abandon it and move to a different viewer.  You might as well do it now.  That might cure many of your problems anyway, because I suspect that you have corrupted files that need to be recreated.
