Looking for experienced builder for something relatively easy (skybox build) with references...

Hi all I am looking for a experienced builder that can build me a relatively easy skybox for my gaming hall. Around 1/4, 1/3ish size....

I want the place to look almost like mine but have a second level extension..... and similar textures to what I will show you.

Something that is easy and not complicated.. perhaps have a easy subtle stairs to the side.. the second level would be like a big square in the middle that leads down my machines would go around the casino..
