MY SECOND LIFE Section from DASHBOARD

I have a contact on MY SECOND LIFE and in sl I have his full permissions for everything, yet, when I am in MY SECOND LIFE off dashboard, I click  his name and it shows as NAME UNAVAILABLE and only gives his avie name and not even his SL picture shows.  WHY?  How can this be done?  thank you for your assistance on this matter.

 

He signs right in, so no hold of any type.  Been like that for a long time, I havent had access to it other then described in months.

 

This is not in-world in SL, its in the MY SECOND LIFE section off the Dashboard.  Thank you all very much for your time and assistance.

The Account may be on an Administrative Hold, for a variety of reasons.

The majority of instances, are due to an LL request for updated payment information, or because a Resident selected various Account Options. 

It could also be lag, or the web based profile system.

Your friend has probably unticked the box "Show me in Search results" in Preferences > Privacy. Also, make sure you're looking for username and not display name.
