I do not see avatars

Does this only happen when you visit this club? How about other clubs?

I'm going to assume that you can otherwise normally see other avatars.

Usually popular hangouts have the one thing that you want and the one thing that slows down your viewer, Lots of people.

This is known as lag which is made up of 3 major components.

1) LL Server Processing & Intra Server Communication [Each avatar in the club needs its info sent to your PC to be rendered and visa versa.]

2) LL to Your PC communications [This is a function of LL's Data Center Communications [internal to Internet] + your ISP's Service Performance & Speed + Your Router + Your PC's Networking]

3) Your PC's overall Performance, Especially in regards to the processor Speed and your Graphics System and the demands you make of both.

You have the most control of point 3) and financially can improve your end of point 2) with a faster service and a top notch router. [Also forget wireless communication, go with a wired cat5 for best results with SL]

Without detailed information from you I think you may be better off by setting your graphics performance down one notch.

Preferences / Graphics / [drag the quality/performance slider to the left one notch and relog]...

I teleported there several times and could see everyone else perfectly, so I have no idea what your problem is. I think both you and MooN should file a support ticket under "Land and Region > Region performances problems".
