I think if you include in your AR details of where -- that is, the sim -- and  the time when the conversation took place, then LL will be able to pull the records and check them.

You could copy and paste it into the Details section, it will hold 800 characters. You may need to submit more than one and indicate they are continuations, such as 1 of 4, 2 of 4 etc.

As you have discovered by now, LL sends you a confirmation e-mail when you submit an AR.  If you have additional information, you should be able to make reference to your original report with the information they provide in that e-mail.  You may always include a chat or IM transcript, but the date and exact time should be enough for them to find it.
