Im still being Charged for my premium membership I downgraded

Question

I downgraded this account to a basic one many months ago. It is still Charging me and has actually charged me  this last time for a bout 4 months that was behind apparently because I changed Credit  cards .It gave me a date for the down grad od 01/01/1970.Duhhhh!!???? that date will never come so Im getting charged over and over..I have invested a lot of time and L$ in this account I don't want to Delete Please help me

It looks like you forgot to lower your tier as you downgraded, maybe?  Anyway, the best way to sort this out is to talk with the Billing Office. If you have a non-technical issue related to billing concerns, you can call the Linden Lab billing team at the following toll-free numbers:
