still waiting on auction won land

Hi, Yesterday I won an auction and on the FAQ it said an hour or within 24 hours. And something if there was a problem.
I chatted with LiveHelp and they said if there was any problems, I would be notified.
I never was notified so I'm assuming there was no trouble.
But it's been a few hours, almost 12 hours and the land is still not turned over to me.
If someone could get back to me. Either inworld or email that would be great.

How will I know when I can take possession of the land?

Unless there is a problem with billing, winners of auctions will be assigned the land within 24 hours. (It's only been 12?)
