There is no RVL feature in the offiical viwer. Use a TPV as Karen said. The best being Firestorm.

It's not a case of there being "two Second Lifes", one RLV and one regular.

RLV is a set of functions in the viewer, the user software that you run to access Second Life.  The standard Linden Lab viewer does not have these RLV functions.

However, as the other posters said, many third party viewers do.  Download Firestorm, or any viewer with RLV support, and enable it in your Preferences.  You will then need to re-log for the RLV functions to be active.
