Just like anybody else. Find their profile, choose IM and send them a message.

In their profile though, they may have instructions on how to better reach them, such as notecards, a website, or support.

It's highly improbable that you will get to have a Linden in IM inworld, but you can always send them a personal message here. Not meaning you'll get an answer, though... (as you certainly already know, the real Lindens have the SL hand logo by their name).

You can talk to any of the Lindens just like any resident, but they maybe won't reply. Charlotte mentions profiles in her post, its always a good idea to read profiles before bugging anyone, even if you think you've an important thing to say. And Lindens go afk too.
