How to develop a windlight template to pass it to friends?

I whish to pass my windlights to friends, so i thought to create a template... but i am not a develop person.

I took a look in the templates and dont understand how to write them, main about the colours... they show strange numbers like Sun Color, Ambiente, etc... how to get this numbers?

If you wish to share your settings with someone else, create and save a new environment (water preset, day preset...) and pass the .xml - files from C:\program files\SecondLifeViewer\app_settings\windlight to your friends, which then must replace them in their own folders (in the according days/skies/waters subfolders).
