Did the bill date for annual premium membership change? I have been billed 4 months early!

Normally I am billed in April but it seems that I have been billed today 4 months early.. no warning, nothing at all.  I have submitted a ticket but was curious if this has happened to anyone else?  Thanks.

PS I called support and it seems that it was a bug and they fixed it asap.. Yay!

Call the billing support: they should be able to answer your question. Or, since you are Premium, contact Live chat.

Thanks, gave you a kudo for your advice. However I know about the billing number and have contacted support but still have not received a response yet. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

I couldn't say if it happened to others Vryl, I am myself on a monthly member plan. I hope the billing support will help you. )
