I could not detect Restrained Love Viewer. Restrained Love functions disabled

someone give me a collar to wear on the neck. I do not see the collar appear. insteed i get the message;

You have to get a viewer that supports RLV (the official Linden viewer does not) and turn it on. Personally I'd recommend Firestorm.

To add to iCade's perfect response. The fact that you are asking this tells me you may not know what RLV is, if you do then great but if you don't you might want to understand what it exactly is and what it does before you go on wearing objects others are giving you. Otherwise we'll see you here for your next question "Help someone is able to strip me naked my account has been hacked"

Most collars of my acquaintance will work fine without enabling RLV.  That message is just for your information.

Just because you can't see the collar doesn't mean it is not there.  Hit CTRL+ALT+T and see if you see it.  If so, it's merely hidden, and typing prshow or clicking it and choosing Show from the menu should make it appear.

Or, check your Worn tab in inventory or Current Outfit to see if you have it on.

If your particular collar really does NOT work without RLV, I would stay away from the person who gave it to you.  RLV gives your "owner" a lot more control over you than a non-RLV-enhanced collar.  I don't recommend RLV for beginners, and certainly not if you don't know what you are getting into.
