I attempted to buy stuff off the marketplace last night but none of it delivered?

I checked on it today and saw the 6 items have this error "This item is queued for delivery. Merchants cannot redeliver the item at this time, and have not been paid. If the item is not delivered within 8 hours after purchase, you will automatically receive a refund to your account. If you make a purchase while the transaction is in progress, the refund credit may be applied to your next order"

It's been well over 8 hours and I haven't gotten my money back nor have the items been delivered! 

Also I noticed that the date for the order says December 24th, 2012 even though I "checked out" last night around 10PM CST.

Submit a support ticket with all of this information.  Include all details of your purchases, cut and pasted from your Order History on Marketplace, so that Linden Lab knows which orders to look at.  File your support ticket under the category MarketPlace >>> Failed Marketplace Delivery.

To add to Rolig's perfect answer, once you get a refund from LL and want to purchase items DO NOT use the shopping cart. I have seen the vast majority of failed deliveries come from the use of the dumb cart. It is best to use the "buy now" option.
