Submit a support ticket with all of this information.  Include all details of your purchases, cut and pasted from your Order History on Marketplace, so that Linden Lab knows which orders to look at.  File your support ticket under the category MarketPlace >>> Failed Marketplace Delivery.

To add to Rolig's perfect answer, once you get a refund from LL and want to purchase items DO NOT use the shopping cart. I have seen the vast majority of failed deliveries come from the use of the dumb cart. It is best to use the "buy now" option.
