Problem with Import simplebot_original.dae to 3dsmax!

Hello...I am trying to learn to make rigged mesh with 3dsmax. First I  import simplebot_original.dae file to 3dsmax, this file is from http://coadey.com/simplebot_blender26.zip which is posted on http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Mesh/Uploading_and_wearing_a_rigged_mesh, but when I import it, it always shows 21 errors such as "-ERROR: There is no joint element with ID "mCollarLeft" ", and I can only import a mesh without bones. Although it has skin modifier but the bones is empty. I have installed  OpenCOLLADA plug-in and fbx20133, but no help. Can anyone help me? :)
