If you Purchased L$ from Linden Lab, and did not receive the L$, you can call Billing for Support, or Contact Customer Support.

If your Linden Balance is correct on the Website then there are 2 ways in-world...

1) If still in-world, Send L$1 to anyone or an ALT -The L$ amount will refresh and you'll see your new balance.

~ or ~

2) Simply relog.

Sometimes the update message transaction gets lost because of issue sin the region your are currently standing in.

Your lindens are there rest assured.

 

There seems to be a System Maintenance in effect at this time. Check after it is completed..

[12:24pm PST, 15 January 2013] Second Life is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Residents may not be able to log in, and connected Residents may not be able to teleport or connect reliably with services in world.
