I bought two items and both did not show up in my inventory even after I selected "keep".

I bought two items, checked their delivery status and it said both were delivered to me. I got the messages in the chat and selected keep and they are not there. This is fustrating.

They could be in your "received items" folder, at the bottom of your inventory, instead of the "objects" folder. 

If not, you will have to contact the merchant(s) with a nice notecard copying your transaction number and ask politely for a redelivery.

If you bought on the marketplace, here's how to do it:

Unreceived and accidentally discarded items

Has it been more than 24 hours since you ordered? If so, contact the merchant, explain what happened, and politely request redelivery of the item. If it has been less than 24 hours, please be patient and check again later. If the merchant doesn't respond, you can submit a support case requesting redelivery. Make sure to include the order number and the exact name of the undelivered item(s).
