I am looking at buying some boots and I found the type I like made by two diifferent companys, one is over 300 l cheaper but the other has more options and I am familiar with the quality of the company.

Do you all think the less expensive ones are just as good?

I own the female version of the GOS Docs and they are amazing, you can buy polish to change the colour, textures, laces etc, and the options on how to wear them are fantastic.

I know they're a little more expensive but they are by far my favourite pair of boots, and I have had so many compliments, money well spent I think.

Doesn't seem to be the case in this topic but while on the topic of looking at things from someone else's link in marketplace (or very long run on sentences):

Please be wary of ever clicking on a marketplace link, here or in group chat in Second Life. Right now many group chats are being hard hit by people who have taken over someone's avatar to spam the group chat with a fake link. Once you go to that fake link, and log in at the fake marketplace website, the thieves will take over your avatar, clean out your money, and use your avatar to do the same again - spam fake links to other group chats.

So please be careful. The fake link almost looks like the real marketplace link but is not.

Now on topic, here are some free boots for others who might have read this topic and who want some boots.

You must go to hoorenbeek store in Second Life. At the very back wall, find the subscription panels. It is free to join. Here are the prizes.

hoorenbeek sub o for men_001.pngsweater and shirt for men

The only downside for the hoorenbeek sub o prizes is that you must wait two weeks after you join, to claim the prize. I guess they don't want people to get the prizes without having a lot of ads in the meantime. I don't know. They are nice prizes, and change monthly I think, and they can do it how they want to. :)
