Does anyone know what the "support portal access" is? Or why it would say, "click on them to teleport to get back home"?

Where is this person trying to login from? The standard Login Page?

In PM, the firewall has been excluded. The firewall is allowing SL.  fyi

Is the computer wired to the modem?

Graphic Card Drivers up to date?

Is the computer new?

bitte versuche zuerst, ob du dich in einem anderen Simulator anmelden kannst.

Gib dazu bei der Start-Auswahl am Anmeldebildschirm zum Beispiel den Namen "Goguen" ein:

Falls das nichts nützt, überprüfe bitte ob du den neuesten Viewer hast, den kann man hier herunterladen:

Andere Ursachen warum man sich nicht einloggen kann können sein: eine schlechte Internetverbindung/häufige Verbindungsabbrüche (z.B. mit WLAN), eine Firewall die den Zugang blockiert, oder ein benötigter Proxy-Server, den man in den Einstellungen (Tastenkombination STRG+P im Second Life Viewer unter 'Netzwerk') einstellen kann.

 

Falls das alles nichts nützt und dir nicht weiterhilft, kannst du bitte hier oben auf der Seite auf die 'Edit' Schaltfläche drücken, und nähere Informationen eintragen, zum Beispiel welchen Viewer du verwendet hast bei deinen Versuchen.
