how to turn a prim back to solid stage - phantom option is grayed

Is the prim Locked?  Is it still linked to the other prims...did you Unlink it, or simply move it?

To add to Lindal's list .... is it a flexi prim?  If so, it's phantom by default.

Fortunately, a one-prim object is extremely easy to remake, so you could just create a new one in less time than it takes to figure out this puzzle.  :smileywink:
