If the problem is abuse related, and you filed an Abuse Report, it is unlikely that LL will contact you.

If you have filed a Ticket with Second Life Support, you should look for updates in the Ticket you filed, or at the email connected to your account.

The amount time for a response can vary depending upon the Ticket type. In my experiences, 1-2 days, or 1-2 week, or..They just say no.
