SLplugin.exe is not malicious.  It is a vital part of your SL software. Without it, you'll have no access to streaming media. Your antivirus program is the problem.  Some antivirus programs -- notoriously Norton Utilities --- think that your SL viewer is a malicious intruder and block it from working.  You need to create an exception for your viewer and for SLplugin.exe in your anitvirus program.  Here's how >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/antivirus_whitelisting .  WHile you are at it, be sure that your firewall isn;t playing the same trick.  Here's how to beat THAT problem too >>> http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Using-Second-Life-with-a-firewall/ta-p/1304539
