I just asked Live Chat about my last cash out to Paypal (requested Jan 2nd). Apparently, everyone's cash outs have been, and are still, delayed but they told me to expect to be paid in the "next few days". Not very satisfactory, I agree, but that's what they told me.

ETA My cash out (January 2nd) arrived in my PayPal ealier today (Jan 10), so maybe the blockage has been removed, whatever it was.
