partnership proposal ......... my proposed partners name is not being recognised

have tried several times to send a proposal  .proposed partners name is not being recognise despit the fact that she is a regular second life user.   Any suggestions as to whats causing this ............cheers

Be sure that you are using his REAL name ... his username ... not a Display Name.  Display Names can change weekly, so they are never used for anything official, and many of us who have been in SL for a while know not to rely on them.  The only names you can be sure will never change are usernames.
