Older foot shapes appear out of the shoes or misformed heels any one experience this, any fix?

It's not older foot shapes that's the issue.   It's older shoes that use Invisiprims.   Invisiprims are broken, and have been for a long time now, in that they don't hide the avatar mesh from people with deferrred rendering (a.k.a lights and shadows) turned on.   

The fix is to use the newer alpha clothing layers instead.
