We are sorry Second Life Servers are not connecting please contact Support for further instruction 

 

Is what my Partner is getting when trying to log onto Second life. He has tried to reinstall it and tried  another viewer as well all telling him the same thing

 

If anyone would know whats going on please let me know.

Somebody else may be familiar with this exact error message; I've never encountered it.

Taking the message at face value, if it were me, I'd remove power from the router (and modem, if that's a separate box), wait a minute or so, power them back on, and after the network is back up, try Second Life again.

Also, to help anybody who has more specific information about this particular message: Is it correct to assume that your Partner has connected to Second Life before, using this exact same machine, network service, and viewer installation?
