I can not enter my sim

I am Masoon Ringo.

I can not enter my Sim.
This phenomenon has been going on from 2 days.

Sim's name is Omega Point.

Please contact Live Chat.  They may need to restart the region.  Every Tuesday/Wednesday, Linden Lab carried out maintenance to sims, and maybe your sim did not restart properly after this week's maintenance.

I've just checked -- I was able to tp there without difficulty.

Originally, when I went in on an alt account, I could see the sim, but not TP into it, or walk into it. About 45 minutes later, I was able to too. Must have been fixed.
