I downloaded and installed the latest version of firestorm and now all I see is purple what do I do?

If you are using an AMD/ATI Radeon graphics card, update your video drivers.

Lindal is right, you need to update your graphics card drivers, I recommend you go to the manufacturers site and manually download it, sometimes it will tell you that your graphics card is up to date if you run a search when that isn't true, the website is more reliable.
