cant log in at all

i am no longer able to log into sl from any viewer or any computer within my house. nothing has changed since the last time i was actually able to conect to the sl server....i have uninstalle and reinstalled not only the sl viewer but the sencondary viewer that i have always used for the past almost year. i am becoming very frustrated.

Try unplugging your router and modem, waiting a minute or two, plugging them back in, restarting your computer, and then typing in your user name and password from scratch.

There is a possibility that The Labs have blocked your household from using SL. You would normally get an email to that effect, but if the email you provided is not one that you check regularly, that could be the case. If you are able to contact support (premium) then asking might be a good plan.
