how can i get my stuff sent to my account

Well, if it was free, at least you haven't lost anything.  Try again.  Check to be sure that the house wasn't delivered to your Received Ietms folder first.  Also, open the Recent tab in your inventory to see what has been added to inventory recently.  If you need to set the date back a day or two, click the tiny gear icon in the lower left corner of the Recent Tab window and select Show Filters.
