I cannot buy Linden with my mastercard :(

Hi my mastercard has enough money on it and I´ve tried 4 times to delete card and put data in again, so there are no writing faults or sth like that! The only difference between my adress in sl and my billigadress of the card is the "ß" in Straße (wich means street in Germany) but I cannot insert ß in the sl payment data only "ss" ... don´t know if that´s the problem??

 

Otherwise I don´t know what else to do.

 

Without LInden this game doesn´t make sense to me and I´m near to give up :((

 

my card works very well on other platforms like tribalwars.us ... so I don´t know what´s the problem!

This happened to me when I first joined SL while living in Thailand... and while I'm not entirely sure that was the issue, the only way I could buy $L for a long time was to use Paypal. Have you tried that route at all?

I can not either buy linden dollars on my Master card and the funny thing is that I have used the same card for a year here in SL with no problems and bought linden dollars as recently as yesterday. But today, Tuesday, November 13 it will not work anymore.
I do not know where to write to get help with this.
