Marketplace orders appear in receiving folder but not orders sent to objects folder. Why?

I have bought many items from market place and all say they have been delivered. However the ones sent to the objects folder never appear. I do get the ones in the recieving folder. Please help I would like my items and what I paid for. I have already waited over 24 hours.

Open a support case with LL https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

Select Marketplace > Failed Marketplace Delivery

They will check the status and deliver it to you.
