3 Mainland Sims for Sale

I have 3 full mainland sims for sale. They are connected to each other, and have a linden road (Route 8A) bordering all of them. They are located just 1 or 2 sims away from Blake sea and as such, would ideal for Role Playing or commercially-based activities.

I own many connecting sims in this region but I am having to downsize. I have been managing rentals there for 5 years and can comfortably say that this is a popular region for all sorts of activities.

I am currently relocating my tenants from these sims. They will be available for purchase on the 20th November. Any reasonable offers (50k upwards) considered on 1 or all 3 of them. I will sell to the highest bidders. Preference will be given to anyone wanting all 3. Any that are not sold by the 21st November will be abandoned.
