Did you add the Google DNS servers to your list, as Knowl and I each recommended in your earlier thread?  If the Google free public DNS servers didn't work for you --- sometimes if you are outside the U.S. they may not work as well as they do in the U.S. -- then try any of these alternatives >>> http://theos.in/windows-xp/free-fast-public-dns-server-list/
