every time I rez i have extra clothes or objects on me..how do i fix the problem

I don't know if you resolved, anyway I'll be short: I resolved the same problem deleting all the cache, SL viewer folders (also the ones in Documents and C:/Users/*User*/AppData), and perhaps cleacning the register with a software as CCleaner (http://www.filewin.com/download/ccleaner/). I advice you to uninstall and re-istall the viewer, as this issue you're having happens when you change your viewer (from 2.x to Phoenix or Firestorm, for example).
