We are a family friendly residential community with plenty to do! The Willowdale Community has been on grid since 2008 and has a functioning mall and school, a bowling alley, library, orphange, and many other features you won't get on a secluded private beach parcel. We are hoping to expand into a new sim and are currently taking reservations for parcels on the new sim, Willowdale East! Reserving simply takes pre paying for at least one week's rental amount (or teir, as we call it locally). Your prepayment will be applied to your parcel after the sim opens, so you won't loose a single L$ by prepaying. Money paid to reserve is 100% refundable with no hard feelings as long as the sim has not yet been ordered, so there is no risk of loss.
