I need to change my account status.  who do I call?

You don't need to talk to anyone. If you want to become premium OR switch from Premium to Basic status, you can do that all in your dashboard. You will need to either sell or abandon any mainland ( or Linden Home) that you have before going to Basic Status.  You do not need to divest yourself of ESTATE (private) land. If you are Premium, you should wait until your account is about ready to expire in order not to lose any stipend money.

Look in your Account Summery or the tab that says "Premium Membership" for more info.
